This is a blended position, combining a Resource Database Curator and a Community Navigator. The staff will be trained initially in Resource Database Curating and then be trained as a  Community Navigator to handle calls from the Call Center. This position may matriculate between the two positions as needed by Management.*

(PATH Inc.) is a 51 year old not-for-profit company located in Bloomington, Illinois.  PATH Inc. operates premiere Call Center services for 211 (Information & Referral) for half the State of Illinois, Crisis Mental Health/Suicide Call Center for the majority of Illinois, and an Adult Protective Services (APS) after-hours call line for the State of Illinois.
